Simple "X" in the header?

Work started in dev/b016ee2cfe (may only be showing up in code.as so far)
Created a button in the Pad header bar that is enabled when the localStorage entry for a post edit is created. If the button is clicked, that entry is deleted and the post is returned to its original state
