Support importing via CLI.

Needs thorough testing
Certain things like photo captions might not translate well -- we probably want to just preserve the HTML there, instead of converting to Markdown
Ideally, we'll upload photos to Snap.as / SnapFreely. But that's dependent on an API existing first
