matt added a project: Submit.as.

We should wait until we have a concrete use case for this from a customer before starting development.

Also, this might involve some kind of integration with Submit.as (it's a fuzzy idea).

matt raised the priority of this task from Low to High.
matt edited projects, added Restricted Project, Restricted Project; removed Submit.as.

We're going to use this as an internal role designation, to solve a need from #fight_back_news and #forces_unseen (another early Org user): blog contributors that don't need a full account.

Implementation

Org Admins and Editors will be able to create a "Contributor" or "Outside Author," which is an Author-level role, but without an actual Write.as account backing it. This will allow them to add article bylines that are associated with a single, consistent source.

Beyond that (TODO: spec this out), we should allow someone to associate a Write.as account with a Contributor, converting it into a functional Author org member.

Note: Contributors will not count toward an org's total user count.
