Redirect Snap.as visitors to the correct URL when username changes.

Important for certain users migrating from the Snap.as alpha, where usernames could get out of sync.

Implementation

Follow the same logic as on Write.as. When attempting to load a profile, if not found, check the collectionredirects table. If a redirect is found, send the user there.
