Overview

When a user's Pro account ends, any blogs using a custom domain simply show "This blog was unpublished". Instead, we should gracefully downgrade them to the Free experience, and give visitors a path back to the author's blog on Write.as with an automatic redirect.

Instead of showing the "unpublished" page, return a 302 redirect to their Write.as address.
