Based on the user's composition context (T850), we should either upload to their personal account or a selected organization.
Right now, photos uploaded to the Classic editor are saved to the uploading user's personal account. Instead, they should go to the organization.
Use the user's selected context to choose where to upload. This will need new org-specific photo uploading endpoints on Write.as.
