Description

Users should be able to remove an outside contributor.

Not requested by any customers yet, but we may need it in the future.

Add a "Remove" button for each contributor in the org Contributors list.

Clicking this should let the user choose who to attribute all posts to (if the contributor has any), and then confirm the action.
